After you have paid for the item using the provided details, our buyer goes to the boutique and purchase the necessary items. If they are no longer available in the brand’s boutique, we will refund your payment in full. If we have purchased the item you requested and sent it for delivery, we are pleased to inform you that it is already on its way to you.
After you have tried on the item and it doesn't fit you, we can exchange it for the correct size at the boutiques. However, unfortunately, the brand's policy from which we purchase the item does not allow for return of goods . We can only facilitate size exchanges, but a final return of the item is not possible.
Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques do not accept returns; they can only replace them with an item of a different size if it is in stock at the time of purchase.
NOIR company is not an online store and does not have warehouse facilities, so we technically cannot exchange an item. And the boutique will not accept it back from us, because the goods have already been sold and sent. Please take this into account when making your purchase.
